I took a gamble on finding repair services for our furnace that just went out yesterday Was able to an Read More appointment to get it checked out and next day first thing in the morning I get a call about them being on their way Very quick response They showed up and immediately diagnosed the issue I was given several options on how to resolve my issue Let me clarify on that I was given an option to just have a repair done or an actual fix with warranty I was in NO WAY pressured Well after agreeing on what we wanted to do I was told the fix would be the same day of them showing up Wow I really appreciate the time and help I was given from this team Thank you guys for weathering the cold to keep us warm

David and Jaylen arrived on time and were extremely friendly More importantly they were very knowledgeable about the unit which Read More is in a precarious location While I'm sure all the technicians are equally skilled we will specifically request David or Jaylen for any future maintenance or repairs Bonus They did NOT track mud dirt into my home Thank you

Hello unfortunately we are still without hot water I had to order a new TRD After being on the phone Read More with Rheem for an hour and a half I was finally able to speak to someone The plumber that came out was polite and friendly but he didn't do much He quoted me a price of dollars to replace the TRD He told me he could also replace the entire burner for approximately dollars I know thats his job but I found that to be outrageous So he recommended I replace the unit because it was more economically sound So I decided I would just replace the burner thermopile TRD and put in a new anode rode myself Thank you for the response but the parts are not expensive and its not worth dollars of labor

A neighbor recommended Brown's because he has used them for years I called them for an air duct cleaning quote Read More to compare to another company And while I couldn't afford that cleaning the technician David was wonderful He did a cleaning and check of my furnace for the winter He discovered that my system is MUCH older than I was told when I bought the house yrs ago But I appreciated how he showed me why and gave thorough explanation of everything from the age to the damage and the pricing for new system I felt he was very honest and really did care about me as a customer Never pushy and gave several options suggestions I loved the service so much that I signed up for the monthly membership to save money and have recurrent service throughout the year I would highly recommend Brown's to my family and friends

Amazing customer service from the moment I made the call Very friendly helpful and professional This has been the best Read More cooling and heating company we have ever dealt with We will not go back to anyone else Our service technician was able to be there earlier than originally scheduled He called and texted before arrival We recieved a text message with his name and picture Once he arrived he was very respectful and nice Clean and professional looking The amount of time it took him to diagnose the problem was exceptional He didn't try to give some sales pitch just very matter of fact Also the labor and part cost less than we even expected I cant say enough of how impressed we are with Brown's and their whole service staff My only regret is that we haven't used them sooner

I've had my new HVAC system for months It started out with many bumps and frustrations The ladies on the Read More phone lines are awesome especially Besty and Maddie I know I was a thorn in their sides but I knew something was off and overlooked The last technician that came out to my home a few days ago was Brandon He asked a few questions and asked if he could just start fresh and I said yes He was very knowledgeable professional courteous and made sure he put booties over his boots and cleaned up after his work was done It didn't take him long to diagnose the problem He even showed me where the problem was located and what he did to rectify the issue Brandon came back this morning and placed a newer thermostat in He programmed the thermostat along with helping me set up the app on my phone I can't say enough about him He's a great asset to Brown's Heating and Cooling He stands behind his work and his name He is so professional and seems to be a very honest and trustworthy person Brown's is grateful to have a highly skilled and professional team member Thank you Brandon for all of your dedicated work You deserve Paul
