Before purchasing the family business, Jamie worked at a lot of great companies including Brasfield & Gorrie, Wittichen Supply Co. and Brown Heating and Cooling, of course. Jamie quickly settled back into the HVAC world by combining his two passions: technology and building relationships. He loves investing in his employees and helping them reach their full potential.

Owner

Tina is our strategic thinker with a passion for improving processes with the help of technology. She may be the only person that visited Disney World and quickly identified ways to improve the magical experience. A retired tax accountant turned part-time CFO for her small business clients, she uses her number crunching powers to help steer the ship. In her free time, who are we kidding…she is a workaholic. She believes relaxing is reading a business book while eating breakfast at a local restaurant. Every now and then, Jamie will whisk her away for a much needed vacation. She enjoys playing games, riding rollercoasters and taking Sunday afternoon naps.

Brian Byrom

Operations Manager

Brian is an HVAC magician. He has the unique ability of helping our technicians in the field with things like calculating delta T, superheat and subcooling. But, with a flip of a switch, he can shed the HVAC jargon to help our customers understand their air conditioner or heater problem and the solution we propose to fix it. When not supporting our technicians, Brian enjoys cooking and is an accomplished musician. Interesting fact about Brian, he toured with a band that opened up for Hank Williams Jr. in the 1980’s.

Office Manager

Every company needs a person focused on the rule book. We’re lucky to have one of the better ones in the country. Cathy wears a lot of hats…payroll, human resources, accounting, and everything else she can do to support the team. She is our cheerleader and helps us stay on the right path. When she is not working hard for Brown, she is spreading cheer with her family and church.
