No Breakdown Guarantee
Brown believes in the benefits of our maintenance program and the skill of our technicians so much that we offer a No Breakdown Guarantee to our Elite and Premium Club members. We promise the system will not breakdown during the remainder of the season after the system receives a clean bill of health during our maintenance visit. If it does, we will apply 100% of your annual club fee for one unit to any repair Brown performs on the system.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We are so confident you will be comfortable that we back it up in writing with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your American Standard equipment within six months of the installation date, Brown Heating and Cooling will correct the problem. If you are still dissatisfied, Brown will remove the equipment and refund your purchase price, subject to the Conditions and Limitations listed here.

Here are some of the ways we protect your home and belongings:
- Our technicians receive thorough background checks before joining our team and we actively conduct random drug tests.
- Professional training helps our techs stay up-to-date on the latest and greatest customer service standards and HVAC techniques.
- Drop cloths and floor mats may be used throughout the work area.
- We wear shoe covers.
- If we have to replace a dirty and dusty component, we’ll seal it before we carry it through your home or office.
- Old equipment will be removed from your home or office.
- The work area will be cleaned before we leave.
- If any dirt sneaks past our drop cloths, we’ll vacuum and dust before we leave.
In the event our technicians leave behind damage, we will clean or repair the area to your satisfaction.
