Why Brown Heating and Cooling?

At Brown, we love what we do and enjoying building a HVAC company that our community and customers can trust. We tackle complex problems, work hard and celebrate. We’re risk-takers, fast learners, and experts in our fields. Together, we’re redefining an industry in desperate need of a shakeup.

 

Will I need to drive to the corporate office everyday?

No. Even though our corporate office is in Hueytown, we operate remotely. Our techs are dispatched from home with the help of user-friendly software and iPads. Most days, our administrative staff work from home and are only a phone call away.

 

Can I share the information with a friend or family member?

Absolutely. We will even pay you $500 as a finder’s fee if we hire the person you refer. Simply ask the applicant to enter your contact information when they apply. If we hire them, we will gladly mail you a check for $500.

How can I stand out?

Make a great first impression. Too often, applicants assume they need to make a great first impression during the interview. When in reality, your first impression is made when you submit the application. Double check the information, spell check and notify your references that they may receive a call from Brown Heating and Cooling.
